Payments
Puuris accepts Bank Transfer, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, NetBanking & Wallets for payments.

Shipping
We are offering all over india delivery of our products. Customers usually receive their orders within 5-6 working days.

We will send you an email & phone regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company.

Once your Puuris.in order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you place your order. If you cannot receive your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our company.

If the courier company comes to attempts to the address 3 times and the order is not received, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Then you will have to provide new address and new contact details so we can send it back.

Returns
Puuris offers a money back guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective/broken. Please get in touch with us at puurisproducts@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. Puuris will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

Your returned parcel will be returned to us and we will refund it to you.
Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 2 to 3 working days.
We do not accept any returns after 5 days of receiving the order.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will not be cancelled once it has been shipped.
